As many of you know, I offered The Front Steps Project (started by Carla Soulia Photography) to North Shore families in Beverly, Marblehead and Salem, MA. This project was created in order to give families something to look forward to during the COVID-19 struggles. And most importantly, rather than charging families for their photos, all I asked was for them to donate to the Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem, MA and/or the MSPCA of Boston.

The shelters had to stop the adoption process during the pandemic, and as a result hundreds of animals needed food and medicine plus keep the shelter staffed in order to take care of the unadopted animals. The Northeast Animal Shelter is also special to me because that's where we adopted our dog Finn (previously known as Wally, Kami and Kami Daisy). What's also amazing is due to the project, we found Finn's brother, Koda! Check back to learn more about them reuniting!

The project was a great success and I appreciate all the families that took part in the project and helped the animals. And we even ended up on Creative North Shore! Check out the article here.

I photographed about 60 families, and together we raised a total of $2,500!

Since there were so many families, I'm unable to share every photograph. But you can take a look at some of the North Shore families that took part in the project!
