NH Public Safety Photo Shoot | 2019
TuesdayTogether is a time when creative small business owners, in your community, can meet together and learn from one another and help each other grow. These get-togethers are scheduled once a month and I am lucky enough to take part in some of these meetings. During one of our gatherings, a fellow photographer talked about how she was holding her third Public Safety Event in Framingham, MA. Once I learned about what this event consisted of, I asked if it was okay if I brought that idea to Concord, NH and, of course, she gave me the okay and was excited that I wanted to do a similar event in my home state of New Hampshire.
What is a public safety photo shoot? It's an event where Police, EMS, Fire Fighters, Wildlife Officers and all Military Personnel get to take part in a free photo shoot with their family.
Law Enforcement has been in my life before I was born, so when I heard about this idea, I really wanted to provide this opportunity to NH public safety employees and their families. I was worried at first that I wasn't going to find anyone interested in my project, but it ended up being a success at the McLane Audubon Center in Concord, NH with the help of fellow photographer, Tim Acerno!
